Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Pack with Care
Gently disassemble your furniture if necessary and place all items back into their original boxes with all protective padding included.
Label and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
